Perspectives from Ghana, shaping the next chapter of APx.

My recent trip to Ghana brought one question into focus: how can building owners turn maintenance challenges, rising operating costs, and new developments into a practical plan?

Across conversations about facilities, energy, and project delivery, the priorities were clear—better asset information, consistent maintenance, accountable service providers, and buildings that are ready to operate from day one.

I’m back with fresh perspectives and ideas for APx’s next chapter. Over the coming weeks, I’ll share lessons from the trip and how they’re shaping our work in Ghana and West Africa, including the Founding Client Program.

More to come. I’ll be sharing more from the trip, the conversations, and what’s next for APx. If you have a facility or project challenge in mind, I’d be glad to connect.
